I have lived at Parklawn Estates for over 10 years - It is very well maintained, and the property is always clean. The common areas are maintained and kept clean by Juana, and she is so sweet and good at her job. During the pandemic I had to go work at 5:00 AM and I would come home around 7:00 AM - I would always see Juana in the halls and she always said hello and had a big smile for you. I can always go into the office and speak with them at any time, and they are always pleasant to me. I love the fact that the property is on a bus line and it close to some much. I do not drive but I was able to get to work, get my nails done, shoo, and get my hair done without always taking a bus or an Uber. I would recommend Parklawn Estates to anyone.

Nice community and friendly environment. We love that place. We haven't used outdoor utility yet, but we are pretty sure everything looks good. Easily accessed transportation to other places and entertainment places are close nearby.

The apartment was clean when we moved in. The service we inform the staff is addressed immediately with a smiling face. The staff is friendly and so is the neighbors. Happy to move in here. It is a great place to live here.
